MEET AMBER

Amber Uhler is Miss Michigan USA 2026, a globally recognized three-time international TEDx speaker, transformational leader, and passionate advocate for resilience, reinvention, and purpose. Crowned Miss Michigan USA 2026, Amber earned the opportunity to compete at Miss USA, widely regarded as one of the world's most prestigious pageant systems. The title represents the fulfillment of a dream she once believed was impossible.

With her signature blend of authenticity, charisma, and empowerment, Amber inspires audiences to break through limitations, embrace their worth, and boldly pursue the life they were meant to live, regardless of where they begin.

Amber's journey is one of extraordinary transformation. After battling morbid obesity for more than a decade, she made the life-changing decision in 2021 to reclaim her health. Through discipline, determination, and perseverance, she lost more than 170 pounds, transforming not only her body but the trajectory of her life. Her story has inspired thousands to believe that it is never too late to rewrite their future.

Before winning Miss Michigan USA, Amber served as Mrs. Florida America 2024, placed in the Top 15 at Mrs. America, was crowned Mrs. Universe USA 2025, and served internationally as Mrs. Universe 2025 Ambassador. Her success across multiple stages reflects not only competitive excellence but also an unwavering commitment to leadership, service, and personal growth.

A childhood non-fatal drowning survivor, Amber transformed one of the most difficult moments of her life into a mission to save others. In 2023, she rescued a drowning child, further strengthening her commitment to drowning prevention and water safety. She is also the 2026 Water Safety Award recipient from the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, recognizing her leadership and impact in advancing water safety awareness and drowning prevention. Since then, she has partnered with national organizations, educated families across the country, and become a leading voice for water safety advocacy.

Amber also helped champion Florida legislation expanding access to free swim lessons for income-eligible children, helping remove financial barriers to lifesaving water safety education. Through advocacy, public speaking, and community engagement, she has completed hundreds of community appearances and helped raise more than $1 million for charitable causes.

Whether speaking from the TEDx stage, representing Michigan at Miss USA, or advocating for legislation that saves lives, Amber leads with authenticity, purpose, and an unwavering belief that our greatest limitations are often the ones we place on ourselves.

Her message is simple:

You are never too late, too broken, or too far behind to become the person you were always meant to be.
